12/29/2019 will be our last day open to the public.

The time has come for us to close the gate. We thank you for visiting us and want you to know that we’ve enjoyed sharing our farm (12 yrs.) and store (8 yrs.) with all of you.  Thank you for sharing a small part of your lives with us!

What’s next?

First, all items in the store need to be sold.  To meet this end, we will have a new section of the store go on sale each month; we’re starting with “clothing”.  See the flier below.  Once an item goes on sale, it will remain discounted until it’s sold or we close. Items will be discounted 25% and whatever is left in the store on December 1 will be discounted 35%.

All items are limited to inventory on hand.  We are not receiving any more items so once an item is gone, no more of that item will be offered.  Shop early for the best selectionAll sales final.

TOURS:  This is the last year to learn about the alpacas’ history, care, and use during our world-famous educational tour.  If you haven’t been, it’s well worth the $7.50, children under 5 are free.  Tours are given at 10:30 am and 2 pm.  We are CLOSED every Monday and Tuesday.  Questions: call 395-2266 or email msmeadowrock@gmail.com or visit our website at www.meadowrockalpacas.com to book your tour.

In recent years we have been reducing the number of alpacas, we now have nine.  See who is still here on our website.  These favorites will be keeping us company in our retirement ????

The farm is not officially “for sale”.  We are not actively seeking a buyer.  First things first.  And, besides, we like it here!!!

NEWSLETTER:  Farmlife will once again become a monthly publication.  Upcoming sales items will be included along with my other ramblings.

“Retirement is not the end of the road.  It is the beginning of the open highway.”
